Getting organised!
Today I met with:
- Kate from Creative Partnerships
- Linda and Rachel from St Johns
- Lisa, a drama practitioner
- Rhys, a set designer and
- Sydney, a costume designer.
- Martin, a storyteller, wasn’t able to be there.
Together we are the core team for the project at St Johns, but what was important is that we discussed all the details and made sure we are all communicating effectively and able to share with each other.
It was a positive meeting and it seems everyone is quite excited to see what the pupils come up with next and it’s all we can do to be best prepared for all possibilities!
I’m going into St Johns on Friday to gatecrash Sydney and Martin’s drama and storytelling sessions with the pupils. It’ll be a good chance to get to know some of the more confident pupils and have a chat and for the shyer ones simply to show my face so that they get used to having me around in school for the next 6 weeks.
